At FemSecrets, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring every order is carefully packed before shipment.

Due to the personal, intimate, and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any of the following reasons:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Allergic reactions or individual sensitivities
• Dissatisfaction with results
• Failure to read product descriptions or usage instructions
• Orders that have already been shipped or delivered

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate care products, supplements, and wellness products cannot be returned once purchased.

Incorrect Orders

A replacement will only be provided if FemSecrets has sent a product that is different from the item ordered.

To qualify, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number.
• Provide clear photos of the product received and the packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances; only a replacement of the correct item will be provided.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. FemSecrets is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once they have been processed for fulfillment.
